We are delighted to invite you to participate in our upcoming pizza event as a vendor.

This is an exciting opportunity for your company to showcase its pizza expertise

and gain recognition among pizza enthusiasts in the community. 

 

Please find all the relevant details below: 

Event Details: 

Date: June 23 Sunday 2024

Time: 11am-7pm

Venue:  Everest Convention Centre

250 National Rd, Chatham, ON N7M 5J5

 

Booth Information: 

As a vendor, you will be entitled to a 10 x 10 booth space. We kindly request that you decorate your booth to represent your company's brand. Please note that the booth cost is $499, this fee must be paid In advance

(No later than two weeks before the event) which includes the provision of power for your booth.

If you’re in need of tables&chairs, 

The venue has a few options including 

6‘,8‘ and 12’ tables with 2 chairs=$50 (additional cost)

 

Pizza Types: We recommend offering 3 to 4 types of pizza at your booth. The pizza selection will be the vendors choice.

 

There will be various awards, including People's Choice, Best Sauce, Best Dough, Most Original Pizza, and Best Pepperoni. 

 

 Beverage Sales:

 Please be aware that selling beverages is not permitted at the event. We have a designated beverage provider who will be responsible for supplying beverages to attendees. 

 

Ticket System:

Pizza slices will be exchanged for tickets, which will be sold at the door. Each ticket will be priced at $2.50 .

At Pizza FEST .50 cents of each ticket sold goes of back to the organization.

To protect the event planner and ensure a smooth experience for all participants, we kindly request that all vendors adhere to the following guidelines: 1. Compliance with local health and safety regulations.

 2. Responsibility for the cleanliness and hygiene of your booth area.

 3. Respectful and professional conduct towards event staff and attendees. 

4. Prompt setup and teardown of your booth within the designated timeframes. Please note that failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the removal of your booth from the event.
